We are working with a well-established client in the Healthcare Information and Technology industry that needs motivated and persuasive individuals to contact healthcare providers and schedule chart retrievals.

The ideal candidate is someone with a background in Medical Collections because you have the drive to get results by developing rapport with providers and medical offices but you’re using your acquired skills to collect medical charts, not cash.

In this new environment, being able to assure providers of our commitment to a safe and mutually beneficial partnership requires a convincing, goal-oriented individual.

The Retrieval Collections Agent is responsible for making outbound phone calls to assigned medical providers to obtain medical charts on behalf of our clients.

Busy and understaffed offices respond well to Agents with a professional demeanor, relationship building skills and diplomacy.

Best of allSavvy Agents earn bonuses on top of base pay The challenge and reward require the following Position Accountabilities: Contact assigned medical providers by phone and use the power of persuasion to gain their time commitment.

Meet minimum call volume and quality requirements for the position; adhere to daily and weekly call goalsAND Earn bonuses.

Use your training and professional call scripts to encourage medical providers to send us charts needed for client audits and studies to assist in reducing healthcare costs.

Respond to questions or concerns from provider offices.

Follow-up on initial contacts.

Comply with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) ensure the right to privacy for patient’s records Log all call transactions into the designated computer software system.

Maintain an accurate Excel spreadsheet of daily work.

The most successful Agents poses the following Qualifications: 3 years of outbound call and/or Medical Collections experience.

Must physically reside in the greater Cleveland area, as you be will required to pick up computer equipment.

Refined telephone skills including the ability to speak clearly with a pleasant and professional tone.

Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Able to interpret and communicate information accurately.

Basic computer skills including Windows based applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) and the ability to perform other basic computer functions.
