Global Supplier Services – Corporate Travel & Expense Business Readiness Change Manage

Travel & Entertainment Expense Operations, a group within GSS, is responsible for the procurement, submission and payment of employee business travel and entertainment expenses including use of the firm-issued corporate cards and purchasing cards, and employee cash reimbursement.

We foster an environment of firm-wide, inter-department collaboration; closely working with Tax, Finance, Compliance, Legal and LOB Expense Management teams, globally.As a Reporting and Analytics Associate you will manage all Expense Operations enhancement requests, including but not limited to processes, procedures, systems and/or Policies.

You will plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for respective enhancements while collaborating with the business stakeholders and product owners.

This role will require that you understand each of the various businesses and the data supporting them.

As part of the enhancement request process you will be expected to develop and/or maintain internal SharePoint sites and design intuitive and creative visualization (dashboards/reports) that would aid in identifying opportunities and areas of study that lead to significant improvements in business operations and profitability.**Responsibilities**+ Manage enhancement requests for the expense system, card programs and integration with other business systems including requirements gathering, testing, etc.+ Understand our customers and their data requirements; define, develop and deliver enhancement requests and/or reporting to meet requirements.+ Train/educate users on the expense reporting system and/or changes as they occur.+ Leverage visualization tools (i.e.

Tableau, Qlikview) to develop flash reports, management scorecards, etc.

as part of enhancing the Global Corporate Card and Expense brand+ Develop and maintain automated queries or processes to efficiently extract and report data utilizing automation solutions (i.e.

Alteryx, Xceptor)+ Collaborate with other JPMC reporting and analytics teams to deploy best in class reporting and analytics practices.+ Pro-actively review data and ensure timely and appropriate escalation of any trends/risks.+ Communicate issues and resolutions to GSS management and LOBs.+ Write/revise Detail Operating Procedures to document processes and keep procedures up-to-date.+ Assist Expense Operations team as needed on day-to-day processes and/or escalations.**An ideal candidate for this role will meet the following qualifications:**+ 3-5 year’s experience, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or related field preferred+ Ability to synthesize and analyze information to develop actionable recommendations to stakeholders at various levels+ Ability to identify cause/effect relationships+ Working knowledge of SAP-AP, Concur Expense and IBM Cognos reporting preferred+ Familiar with project management, requirements gathering preferred+ Experience in Data Management, Data Modelling, Data Strategy or Big Data a plus+ Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and specific experience with Machine Learning a plus+ Strong prioritization and time management skills as well as written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and accuracy+ Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment supporting multiple initiatives with minimal guidance+ Strong prioritization and time management skills as well as written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and accuracy+ Possess strong listening, analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills+ Demonstrates creativity, curiosity and imagination and passion about continuous learning and professional developmentJPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
