So we’re looking for exceptionally talented and results-oriented individuals to join us and deliver on our promises to our customers, dealers, employees and shareholders.The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor – Cab and Stamping is responsible for ensuring that all employees are provided with a safe work environment and that all employees are working safely. Primary duties include:* Interfacing with both internal and external customers to ensure achievement of safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives within the department.* Responsible for the daily supervision of hourly employees, including, but not limited to effective management of attendance, discipline, training, and work performance.* Responsible for enforcement of contractual language and obligations and working with local Union Representatives toward effective resolution and prevention of grievance issues.* Please note: This is a second shift position, 3pm to 12am.Basic Requirements* Bachelor’s degree* At least 3 years of production/manufacturing experienceOR* Master’s degree* At least 1 year of production/manufacturing experienceOR* At least 5 years of production/manufacturing experienceAdditional Requirements* Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
