Job Description Summary:
The Advisor Supply Chain Operations, will lead project management and process improvement initiatives, driving a culture of business excellence through the design and implementation of major projects that result in financial benefit and advancement of supply chain strategic goals.

This role will provide the expertise and leadership needed to drive manage projects using Lean and CI tools and other supply chain methodologies to clearly define current state processes, drive out waste, address redundant/broken processes and improve overall business-process execution.

This role will report to a System Director, Supply Chain Services, and have high visibility to leadership teams and all levels of the organization, including a matrix relationship with Business Unit Operation teams.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
Related field such as business administration, finance, operations research, materials management, economics or related discipline; With Bachelors Degree, a minimum of 5 to 7 years related Experience required of applying project management principles and effectively managing large, complex programs with significant change impact; with Masters Degree, a minimum of 3 years of related Experience acceptable.

Lean Certified Possess excellent communication skills at multiple levels of the organization.

Ability to prepare and present presentations and financial analysis to leaders.

Ability to facilitate teams to successful resolution of challenging issues.

Strong influencing skills to lead to best practices, standardization and support of culture.

The successful candidate will possess a demonstrated track record of success as a project manager with proven strong leadership, project management, and teaching skills.

Analytically driven; fluent with data-driven analysis and performance metrics including data visualizations for Executive and Leadership presentations.

Demonstrated Experience presenting strategies and results to Senior Leadership.

Demonstrated financial achievement through the deployment and implementation of Lean tools.

Ability to lead cross functional teams and gain consensus within project teams and across business segments.

Experience presenting and training personnel on the application of Lean principles; Ability to collaborate and drive difficult decisions among business partners.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required.

Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project or related project management tool, and Outlook).

Strong sense of confidentiality and demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and diplomacy; Experience working with senior management in a large organization.

Mentors and coaches project teams to promote skill development and ensure departmental and organizational objectives are met.
