As someone who fits our culture and core values, you’ll also happily wear a red nose during our annual LeaderCares charity event that helps children in need, and even throw on some bowling shoes at next month’s teambuilding challenge.

  • Partner with the Executive Team and senior management to optimize financial outcomes through ongoing results analysis, early identification of revenue/cost trends and opportunities for strengthening and improvements.
  • Active communications of industry trends, market risks/opportunities and associated recommendations to the President and the Executive Team.
  • Collaborate with the HR Team to hire, train and develop high performance teams throughout the CFO’s departments utilizing the company’s performance management processes, individual/team recognition, and timely intervention on all performance/behavioral concerns.
