IT Security Professional – AD / Privileged Identity Operations

Job Description: Description The IT Security Professional within the Corporate Security and Resilience (CS&R) Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is an experienced security professional providing 2nd level support for the Citizens Distributed Security team. This role will focus on managing and supporting MS Active Directory and integrating privileged identities into the enterprise privileged identity management platform while providing technical expertise to both the internal and external departments within the organization. Primary responsibilities include: * Processing Active Directory Security related requests and provide guidance * Facilitating integration of identities into privileged management services such as password vault, session management and session recording * Working closely with the various departments and business lines to enroll generic identities into the enterprise vaulting solution to meet defined policies and comply with information security requirements. * Supporting troubleshooting and resolving authentication, authorization and integration problems as they relate to the enterprise vaulting solution * Ensuring delivery against operational control measures and address via Service Improvement Plans where a shortfall has been identified * Providing security services that enable business while maintaining the highest levels of service and support without compromising a strong risk position * Acting as a focal point for resolution and/or escalation of IAM Platform Operations issues * Providing Level 2 support for the day-to-day operations of the Citizens IAM Platform Operations team * Supporting on call rotation Qualifications Required Skills/Experience: * 5 or more years of professional experience, preferably in a financial services environment * 3 or more years of IT Risk or Information Security experience, preferably in a large corporate environment * Knowledge of MS Active Directory, along with MS security concepts * Knowledge of user access principles for multiple OS platforms including but not limited to; Unix, Linux, MS Active Directory, Oracle, MS SQL Server, and MS Windows * Proven service and delivery capability/focus * Knowledgeable on the regulatory requirements that impact the business lines that TSA supports (i.e. GLBA, SOX, PCI) * Interpersonal skills to be able to interface effectively with a broad range of contacts from a technical staff to senior management. * Ability to manage complex activities simultaneously to short timescales Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials: * B.S. in Information Technology, Business Management or related degree desired * CISSP, CISA, or other Microsoft related certifications and knowledge of ISO and NIST security standards preferred Hours & Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40 Work Schedule: Monday through Friday with on-call rotation required #LI-Sourcer #8 Why Work for UsAt Citizens, you’ll find a customer-centric culture built around helping our customers and giving back to our local communities.
