Expected Compensation:

Average $1100-$1200/week gross pay
2000-2200 Miles/week on average
RPM pay up to $.50 (based upon experience)
2 days weekly home time with some weekend home time
Paid detention
No touch freight
Layover pay – $75/day
Breakdown pay – $100
Medical, dental, vision, company paid $20k life insurance policy
Short and long term disability
401k

Minimum Hiring Requirements for Solo Driver:

Must be 21 years of age
Must have a valid Class A CDL
Must Pass DOT physical
Must pass DOT drug screen
Must pass road test
Must have 6 months OTR verifiable experience in the last 18 months or a total of 1 year in last 3 years
Must complete Arnold Transportation’s orientation
