Join us today to experience the Sprenger difference!Qualifications:1-2 years’ experience in a related field, proficient computer knowledge and skills, strong bookkeeping background, strong background with general office machines, and good grammar and punctuation skills.Essential Job FunctionsAs a Facility Business Office Manager in a Grace Management Services facility you must be able to perform the following essential functions as demonstrated by the ability to:* Organize, direct and supervise business office functions* Orient, instruct and direct business office personnel* Private Pay, Medicaid, Medicare and Hospice billing and submit to appropriate entity* Maintain accurate resident census* Secure information of residents’ financial status* Manage resident funds* Communicate and work cooperatively with fiscal intermediaries, accountants, auditors, cost report preparers and private insurance companies* Post cash receipts daily to residents accounts* Collect on delinquent accounts and organize a system for collection of accounts* File inquiries, reconsiderations and appeals, to the appropriate agency or individual (s) for rejected statements* Keep informed on all local, state, and federal requirements related to the business office* Perform other related duties as directedNothing in this job description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any timeEssential Job Skills:Must be able to work independently, and have ability to use profession written and verbal communication. Must be proficient is Microsoft Office Products. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills are required.
